This car was disgusting. The inside had stains everywhere. It was not vacuumed; there were crumbs and dust everywhere. The car was not washed and only had 40% charge when I picked it up. The staff was rude, and I had to ask them to clean the car, but they still left it looking like a mess. I ended up taking the car to a car wash because I was not driving it in that condition, and Turo refused to help. It was a terrible experience.

Overall great value. The car mats were all aftermarket etc but clean. The infotainment system flickers sometimes but that’s a Mercedes issue, not only the specific vehicle. Had some small pickup delays but still happy with the entire process.
