The vehicle did not require a new battery or key service. The guest was unfamiliar with the proper start procedure, and we assisted him remotely. Once the correct steps were followed, the vehicle started and operated normally. We always encourage guests to contact us before reporting a mechanical issue so we can help resolve any confusion promptly.
Such an amazing car! Both my partner and I were interested in buying a Mazda for personal use and this was awesome to drive and further peaked our interest. The host/car owners were super attentive and quick to respond!
