Car quality and host were great, but disappointed with the location. It was not accessible by walking from the airport due to ongoing construction, which would have been nice to know in advance to factor in the cost of the Lyft rides needed. Otherwise, great experience.
Unfortunately you were not professional at all,
The instruction were sent to you when you first placed your reservation but you didn’t read nothing until last minute. the distance from the airport to the car It’s walkable and a lot of guests walk to the car it’s 10 minutes from terminal one, You wanted the convenient pick up and return from the airport parking for free. Convenient has a price. You can pay for it or otherwise don’t complain.

Amazing experience renting from SD rentals. He was super kind, communicative, and understanding throughout the whole trip. Our flight got delayed and he was incredibly accommodating by allowing us extra time, which helped us out so much. The car was great and everything went smoothly. Would definitely rent from him again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free experience
