Turo canceled my car because I was more than 2 hours late. I payed for t h e whole day. Hell, I paid f or t h e whole week. If I want to rent a car and leave it in your parking lot, that's my call. I was then charged more to rebook the car. I will never rent with you again and I will be letting everyone know.

Honestly you were too much to deal with it,
Showed up 3 1/2 hours late after your reservation got canceled and calling and yelling at dispatcher that has nothing to do with it.
You’ were over three hours late, you did not communicate with us at all. You did not modify your reservation. We tried to call you multiple times us and Turo support We did not get any response from you.
Do your self a favor and don’t book with is anymore.
No smoking allowed
