This is our first time using Turo
We had to wait an hour for our car to get to the lot. We were late to a meeting we needed to be at.
The lot is close to airport and looked like others were able to get the cars they were there for so I’m sure it’s usually an easy process.
That wasn’t our experience.
The owner said he would give us a discount but we haven’t seen that yet.
Also be aware that the tires are balding on this car so hopefully they’ll be replaced soon.
Give yourself a bit of time to take photos of the exterior and interior when picking up and drop off.
Drop off was easy. Just photos and dropped the key in a lock box.
