Drop off was stressful. confirmed I would be dropping off at 8:00 am and the lot was closed ugh!!! Super stressful I called about 10 x and eventually was getting sent straight to voicemail when I finally get through I get told very rudely that no one is there because they are closed. I informed the lady on the phone I had spoken directly with someone the day before and confirmed the 8:00 AM drop off as I’m getting stressed out the gate finally gets opened and the gentleman took the car from me. Car was nice, location: very far from the airport.

For clarification, our business opens at 10 AM. We made a special accommodation to accept your return at 8 AM, two hours before opening. When you called, I answered and explained that we were closed but would have someone open the gate for you. The gate was opened and the vehicle was received. No one intended to be rude; we were simply explaining that 8 AM was outside business hours while still accommodating your early return.
Car ran very nice no problems. Pick up was quick and easy and host was easy to get ahold of.

The car didn't connect to gps because it's OS is a little older.
