The break pads were so worn, you can hear and feel the grinding of the breaks. The car also smelled like urine when it was first picked up.
Thank you for your feedback. We were surprised to hear about these concerns, as the brake pads were recently replaced and inspected before the trip. Regarding the odor, we are not sure where it may have come from, as we would never hand off a vehicle with any noticeable smell. We also did not receive any reports of these issues during the trip, which would have allowed us to address them promptly.
