I go charged an additional $30 for car I brought back with full tank of gas
Thank you for your comment, Kailah. Just to clarify — the $30 charge was not from us directly. It covered the gas refill and Turo’s service fee, which we don’t control or receive. The photos attached to your trip clearly show the gas level before and after your rental. We always follow Turo’s policies and value fairness with every guest.
