My gf and I rented this car for her birthday trip in San Diego and the car itself was nice, we actually loved it a lot. However the pick up/ drop off location is very sketchy so as two young girls we felt unsafe as we were approached multiple times by men and eventually had to have security help us find the car. Also, upon arrival we weren’t aware that the license plate on the photo is different than the car which would’ve been good to know bc we spent like 15 mins searching for the car with all of our luggage and again felt unsafe. We were told to text when we’re on the shuttle so that the car could be unlocked upon arrival so we did and the car was not unlocked and we had to wait for a while because my calls/texts weren’t being answered. Other than that, we had a good experience
