The car was almost brand new. The host was there to greet me. He even parked the car up front so it was easy to spot. The car was spacious, clean, smelled nice, and was not too bad on gas.
I appreciate the host for checking in on me and making this process super easy even though it was my first time and I had no idea how the process worked.

Car was awesome but there was some type of hair all over the back seat and the children’s car seats seemed pretty dirty. We didn’t mind but then thought it was strange to get a message from the host to make sure to take the car to a car wash and they mentioned all sorts of fees and rules.

Hi Jeswin, thank you for your feedback, I’m terribly sorry if I missed a few strands of the last guest’s hair while vacuuming the vehicle as hair strands can sometimes b a bit difficult to get up or see. As for the car seats not being clean, please understand they are used quite often by other families and are washed weekly to remove stains and dirt from other children. The fees and rules you mentioned were a friendly reminder of Turo’s policies on retuning the car not my own.
