Overall, I enjoyed this car and it was a lovely addition to my San Diego vacation. I love how high up you sit in the car, as well as the interior and exterior designs. The controls in the car were a bit difficult to figure out at times, as there was a lot of things that you have to do manually or at least that was my experience (I am less experienced operating Jeep Wranglers). The model also is a bit older so the Bluetooth was finicky, and it was sometimes tricky trying to unlock and lock the car. I would just advise to research and/or make sure you are familiar with the Jeep Wrangler 2018 model.
Hi Journee! The 2018 Wrangler “JK” definitely offers a classic, rugged Jeep experience. We always strive to be accommodating, providing free hotel delivery, and help with your early schedule. We also proactively offered a heavily discounted trip modification so you'd be fully covered by Turo's insurance. While you declined that offer, the Jeep was unfortunately driven away 12 hours early regardless. We must always strictly follow Turo's active insurance rules. Wishing you safe travels.
