If you are trying to find a Turo with a pickup near the airport, beware. The pickup location is a 20 minute uber away. After you have booked, they will offer you a closer pickup/dropoff location … for an extra $60 charge each way. Entirely unhelpful team trying to sort out our issues with the car. Terrible experience.

Our pickup location and delivery options are clearly communicated in welcome message, and we also informed you that direct pickup/drop-off at SAN Airport was not available due to current airport regulations. When you requested a different pickup/drop-off location, we explained the applicable delivery fee before making any changes. We always do our best to accommodate our guests while following Turo’s TOS!
