Change oil light was on. Car barely had gas and was also dirty . Animal hair in the car and I’m allergic .

Our listing clearly states that if cleanliness is especially important to you, we recommend NOT booking with us and finding another car. It also explains that the car should be returned with the same fuel level it had at pickup. Regarding the pet hair, we did not find any. We understand that you may have had different expectations, but these details were disclosed in advance. Please do NOT book with us again! We do NOT want your business in the future.

The car was great! Got me to and from work perfectly and the hosts were super communicative of I had a question or wanted to extend the car! Would definitely rent from them again !
