The car was great and easy pick up/drop off instructions. Host’s were great to communicate with.

Pickup instructions weren’t clear, elevator doesn’t go up to the top where the car is located so be prepared to lug all your things! When we got to the car, one of the tires was so damaged that wires were showing. The host said either we can find a new car or go get the tire fixed. Obviously we wouldn’t be able to find another car last minute so we had to change the tire. The host offered to credit $20 for the hour we spent fixing the tire which still hasn’t been sent. He offered to pay for the tire like he was doing us a favor when in reality we could’ve been hurt or killed by a blowout.
The charger port in the car does not work. I asked the host what else could be done to rectify this experience and he only apologized and offered no recourse.

I’m sorry about the tire. It was damaged by the previous guest and unfortunately wasn’t reported, and I didn’t notice it before your trip. That was my responsibility. I immediately offered either a cancellation/refund or a replacement. You chose to continue, so I found a nearby shop, arranged the replacement, and paid for the new tire in full. I also offered a $20 credit for the inconvenience. After the trip, I checked the power outlet and confirmed it works properly.
