Pickup instructions weren’t clear, elevator doesn’t go up to the top where the car is located so be prepared to lug all your things! When we got to the car, one of the tires was so damaged that wires were showing. The host said either we can find a new car or go get the tire fixed. Obviously we wouldn’t be able to find another car last minute so we had to change the tire. The host offered to credit $20 for the hour we spent fixing the tire which still hasn’t been sent. He offered to pay for the tire like he was doing us a favor when in reality we could’ve been hurt or killed by a blowout.
The charger port in the car does not work. I asked the host what else could be done to rectify this experience and he only apologized and offered no recourse.

This was my first rental with Turo. Yevhen answered all of my questions promptly and provided instructions for pick up and drop off in advance. The car was clean, tank filled, and was perfect for our San Diego trip. I would absolutely book again!
