Absolutely great host. We had a delay with our initial flight and had to travel to another airport and delay pickup. They accommodated very well and very understanding. Clean vehicle and well taken care of. We have 4 kids and this fit a large suit case, small suitcase, 3 kids backpacks, 2 adult backpacks and a double stroller (in between bucket seats) just for a size reference for families!
