Car was great and everything went ok until time to end the trip. This was the first time that I had to run the car through the carwash but since instructions said it had a membership I really was not minding too much. The car wash place was packed, and there was a line, but when it came time to go in, the car wash place did not recognized the car as having a membership and the attendant had to come check and confirmed that the car did not have a membership. Car wash guy was very nice and pushed me through since I was blocking the line. That took up unexpected time out of my already busy morning. The car wash was north of where I was so it wasn’t exactly on the way. Once I went to drop of the car at the designated parking lot, there was a guy there and said I couldn’t park there, which was were I picked up car to begin with. The parking lot didn’t have marked spaces nor where any signs. It was frustrating and intimidating for me a single female at this point traveling alone being harassed about parking where I was instructed too but someone just on a vehicle parked there telling me otherwise. I did contact the host and explained. For me, these two issues are deal breakers. Had good experience in the past with Turo but this left a bad taste in my mouth.

Thank you for your review, but the facts need clarification. The car has an active car wash membership; the car wash confirmed their system had a technical issue. The vehicle was provided clean, and you were clearly instructed to return it to the same authorized parking lot. Unfortunately, the communication became unnecessarily difficult. I would not host this guest again and cannot recommend her to other hosts.
Everything was excellent. Great car and great interaction with Grigor (host). Would definitely use again.
