Quality of the car was amazing brand new. Preston’s condition and clean. The host was the small issue I had when renting. Didn’t communicate when I had questions about pick up or drop off. The return lot was overcrowded and extremely difficult to return the car. Host demanded a car was before return, which is not in compliance to Turo policy but host states I can be issued $150 fee for not washing it. Also a $50 fee for not “backing into” a spot. I could barely maneuver the car in the lot. Took me 45 mins to return the car exactly how the host wanted. Be aware of extra fees from this host. He also insisted he’d be “the best I ever had” (with no specific context) when I first reached out about the car. After I didn’t address that comment is when I started being ignored about question regarding the car. Made me uncomfortable.

Hi 👋, not sure what interaction ur referring to or what fees ur mentioning but turo hosts don’t have access to ur payment info n don’t have the ability to make any charges for anything n all discrepancies are reported to turo and they investigate n charge applicable fees they seem eligible. The signage is posted all over the lot from the HOA n again we don’t issue tickets for violations so my automated messages are reminders to obey the posted instructions.

Me pareció todo excelente con el auto era un auto nuevo, muy amables y la app excelente ! Lo que no me agradó fue que me pidieran el carro lavado si no tendría una multa de 150 Dlls 1 hora antes de entregarlo ! Cuando vas de vacaciones lo que menos tienes en tiempo entonces considero que integren mejor al costo el lavado del vehiculo para no perder tiempo ni dinero en caso de no hacer lo que te piden.
