We rented a small SUV and the vehicle was in great condition and drove very well. Our host was very friendly and even offered us a ride back to the airport after we completed our rental. It was a very good place for us to rent our vehicle.

Car was ok, host was unresponsive on every occasion.

First of all, the car was perfect. It was ready when we arrived and easy to access the keys. The price was great until you consider the following: In order to get to the car you have to taxi or Uber to the location. We took a taxi there from the airport and Ubered back to the airport. Both trips with tip was around 25.00, so add an additional 50.00 onto the fee. Looking into it more, we could have just rented from one of the cmpanies at the rental center and come out about the same with much more convenience. When I reserved the car I did not realize it would not be at the airport. This may be my mistake, but check the listing to make sure you understand you will have to find your own way to the car; there is no shuttle. Before leaving on our trip I messaged the company (This is not an individal, but a company using Turo as their platform) three times asking if transportation was provided to pick up the car. I never received a message back. I tried calling twice but only got an answering machine telling me to use the app. And finally, when picking up the car it had just over a quarter tank of gas. I've never picked up a rental before with not having a full tank of gas. Do note too that they limit you on miles.
