Everything was great but my app was not working for drop off

We did have an issue when we first got it someone parked slightly In front of it so we were just able to get out of the parking lot. The car tends to shake when in drive and you are at a stop. Other than that the car did its job and location wasn’t far from the airport. I would book again.
