Great car—good on gas, easy to drive, and perfect for what I needed. Pickup near the airport was simple and convenient. The car didn’t have any windshield washer fluid, but that wasn’t a huge deal.
My biggest frustration was receiving checkout instructions two hours before drop-off that included cleaning the car. I’ve rented through Turo for 10 years and have never been asked to clean a vehicle before returning it, especially when the listing itself says to keep the car tidy but that washing isn’t necessary. Having that expectation communicated so late felt a little excessive.
Overall, I would recommend the car and had a good experience. I’d just be mindful of any additional expectations, duties, or potential fees that may not be clearly communicated in the listing upfront.
