Was unable to open pictures of where car was parked and had difficult time finding. Called for assistance snd got an answer machine. Got a call back and the person was very short. “ You have photos” which were in a file i could not open. No other isdues

We upload detailed pictures showing the vehicle’s exact parking location in the Turo app and also send those same photos directly to each guest before pickup to make locating the vehicle as easy as possible.
