Poor review do to unclean car and and host unresponsive to fix the issue.
We're sorry your trip didn't start as expected. The concern was a few spider webs that may have appeared overnight after the vehicle had been cleaned and prepared. We responded within minutes, requested photos, and remained in communication throughout, so we respectfully disagree that we were unresponsive. We take pride in preparing every vehicle to a five-star standard and appreciate your feedback. We're always committed to making things right whenever concerns arise.
