Car had some problems. Car key would not function appropriately to start car and I was not told ahead of time when i booked the car. I was told that all ford escapes have this problem. If key is not placed the right way in the ignition or turned over, it will not start the car. The car also has a smoke smell which owner tries to cover up with vent air freshner. Im very disappointed with this car.

Great Host! Good communication, I had a few issues with the Vehicle starter and Bluetooth but the host was commutative and I was pleased by that. This was my first trip and I had confusion on the rebook, returning and a bit more of the exact deals, even when it came to extending but they did an amazing job and will book with them again
