The car AC did not work , I contacted the host immediately to tell them about this issue and there response was
“ I’m not sure what the issue is maybe turn on dual AC control and turn off max AC, Try lowering the AC speed , Play around with it try auto mode etc Let me know if it starts working correctly , Try turning AC button on and off , Try playing with air circulation try off and on off etc , Car is brand new and previous guests didn’t have any issues or complaints.The car is under warranty only the dealer would be able to fix it we wouldn’t be able to do anything we don’t know how to fix AC’s., We only would be able to take care of it after you trip is over and you bring the car back then we will take it to the dealer and have them check it out, but nothing we can do until then. And we are all booked out so we don’t have anything to replace this one with .

Even a brand-new car can have an unexpected issue, but that does not justify an unfair one-star review. The A/C problem was outside of our control and had never been reported by previous guests. We immediately tried to help troubleshoot and explained that the dealer would need to inspect it under warranty. We also offered her the option to cancel and book another available vehicle from a different host.
