Requested an infant car seat and was provided a toddler carseat.
Hi Joseph, we reviewed your reservation and confirmed the child seat provided was the exact universal seat discussed and agreed upon weeks before your trip. At pickup, we explained that the manufacturer’s instructions were on the side of the seat and took the time to read and explain them to you. We take child passenger safety very seriously. Unfortunately, your review does not accurately reflect what occurred or the assistance we provided.
