The car was easy to find as the instructions were clear. The car was in good condition, and we had zero problems. We would definitely rent from Fernando again, thank you!

We originally booked a van that would comfortably accommodate 7 people. Unfortunately, just one day before our trip, we were informed that the van was no longer available. We were given two options: cancel the reservation or accept a different vehicle.
Due to the last-minute nature of the situation, prices for alternative rentals were extremely high, leaving us with little choice but to accept the replacement vehicle. The car provided was much smaller than what we had reserved, making the trip uncomfortable and cramped for everyone.
While I understand that unexpected issues can arise, it would have been reasonable to provide a comparable vehicle, especially given the short notice. Overall, this experience was disappointing and inconvenient.

I personally called you as soon as the issue came up and clearly explained the situation along with the only options available at that moment — to cancel the reservation or proceed with the alternative vehicle. You chose to accept the replacement. While I understand it may not have been ideal, I did my best to communicate promptly and provide a solution given the circumstances.
