Host was great they always responded quickly. Pick up location was good. As far as car quality, it gets you to where you need to go. Would drive again and use host again.

I don’t typically leave bad reviews. I try to give people a chance, but I really had a bad experience with this host first of all when I got into the vehicle. It had the check engine light on which kind of freaked me out, but I spoke to them and they said that it should be OK or that it was a sensor issue then as I am pulling off to go home the radio starts glitching and doing all this crazy stuff and will not connect to my phone and just kept skipping and just doing all this crazy things so I let them know about that as well and the girl just told me that they were gonna escalate it to member of the team. I never heard back after that. I just let it go then I went to LA because I needed to go to court up there and have something reliable to drive to LA. A cop literally told me that the registration is expired on the vehicle and that the tag was expired. When I let Toro know all they did was contact the host and have the host try to call me at this point I don’t wanna speak to the host. I literally want this resolved because now I have to drive back into town sketched out and that’s not fair to me. I had my kids and everything in the vehicle is something would’ve went wrong. That would’ve been bad… I’ve never had this issue with a host. I’m really disappointed. The car was a ok car, but they need to do better with whatever they’re doing.
