Car was great Host was responsive and helped me when I had questions as well as need to extend my trip

Car had some mechanical issues. Bluetooth didn’t work, struggled during sharp turns.
Rented 2 cars and the other had a smoke scent, locked gas cap and he tried to have us just leave cash in the car for gas.
I guess you get what you pay for.
“Hi Parker, we take vehicle condition seriously. At pickup, we addressed the odor concern in front of you and no smoke smell was present. All cars are inspected before each trip and smoking is strictly prohibited. fuel is handled through the app for transparency. If any issues arise, we’re always available to assist during the trip.”

Everything was great car was very clean had a third row of seats that was unexpected. Directions were great and host was awesome. If you are looking for ease and simplicity it’s with Fernando.
