Great Rental Experience

Great experience renting this car through Turo. The car was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was easy to communicate with, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and easy. I really appreciated how everything went from pickup to drop-off. I would definitely rent from this host again and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable rental!

Great turn around time for response. Was very helpful. Finding car was super easy. Do need to take a lift or Uber from airport FYI. Would rent again in the future if needed.

Car is clean inside and out but what they don’t tell you is transmission is slipping and gas gauge fluctuates up and down even if you FILL the tank. ALSO BEWARE THEY WILL DO ANYTHING FOR EXTRA MONEY OUT OF YOUR POCKETS. HOST PLANTED A BOX OF UNOPENED CIGARETTES AND TRIED TO ACCUSE ME OF SMOKING IN VEHICLE WHEN I DONT SMOKE. TURO SUPPORT DENIED ALLEGATIONS/CLAIM FOR INSUFFICIENT EVIDENCE. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM JESSE AGAIN.

Regarding the smoking concern, our pre-trip photos showed the vehicle without cigarettes, while post-trip photos documented an unopened pack left inside the vehicle, along with a noticeable smoke odor. We submitted the information through Turo's official claims process and respected their final decision. We would never place items in a vehicle
