The car itself was nice, clean, and drove great, but getting to it was extremely frustrating. We had to take a shuttle, yet no instructions were provided about which shuttle to take, where to go at the airport, or how to get to the vehicle. The address provided was also incorrect, and I had to reach out to the host to finally get the correct location of the car after walking around for at least 20 minutes. Trying to figure everything out at night with no directions was extremely frustrating. The car was great, but the pickup instructions and communication need major improvement.
