This was my first time renting a car through Candace and the Turo platform, and despite some confusion about the initial pickup location, the overall experience ended up being excellent. The vehicle was exceptionally clean and drove perfectly throughout my trip.
Candace was friendly, responsive, and communicated very well before pickup, during the rental, and before drop-off. She genuinely cared about making things right after the initial hiccup and went above and beyond to ensure I left with a positive impression, even offering me a discounted rate for the inconvenience. I truly appreciated her professionalism, kindness, and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would be happy to rent from Candace again in the future.

Had a wonderful experience with this car and host. The car was spotless. It was located in the exact location planned and easy to find. No issues with functionality of the car. The hosts were so responsive and kind. Helped us coordinate a shuttle from the airport to the car location. So easy to work with and made for a great trip! We would absolutely rent from them again.
