Great communication and worked for our needs . Be thorough on documenting pre conditions there is a lots of miles and wear and tear on the vehicle . Driver side rear screen is cracked and several scratches and dings on the exterior . Wheels have lots of road rash . But not taking away from the company . Enjoyed it and was ample room , style and comfort . Would rent from again . Thx !
