I had an excellent experience with the BMW X5! The car is extremely comfortable, spacious, and very clean and well-maintained. The vehicle pick-up and drop-off process was also very easy and convenient. As for the host, they were very attentive, polite, and always available to help with any questions. Communication was quick and clear from start to finish, which gave me a great sense of confidence. I would definitely rent again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium car with excellent service.
