The car was slightly difficult to drive as it had a delayed reaction and it might just be that it’s a BMW. However, the car was clean and cute. The pickup was inconvenient for us specifically due to their car keys not being ready. After a long plane ride plus uber ride to get to the car was hoping it would be easy peasy getting in the car. However, the lock box was on the inside and the keys were inside. Had to connect with host to get the owner to bring the keys. Took an extra 30 minutes. It was late for us. And we still had a drive. The only compensation for the inconvenience was $10 off. Not happy but fine i guess. The host was responsive, which i appreciate.
Our pickups are contactless, with the key provided via lockbox for convenience.
As noted in the listing, fuel isn’t included in the rental, and the vehicle was returned with an empty tank.
