The car is old and clearly needed maintenance. The host asked me to check the oil level and add oil, saying he would reimburse me. I went ahead and put oil in the car, then told him he didn’t need to pay me back. Which I am happy of doing
I also returned the car with more gas than it had when I picked it up. I received it at 145 miles and returned it at 165 miles. Despite that, the host tried to charge me $40 for gas—while claiming the mileage was still 165 miles. How exactly do you add gas and end up with the same mileage I returned it with?
Mistakes happen, but how you handle them says everything. Never again.
This review is misleading. The vehicle was delivered in proper condition. The flat tire was caused by a nail, which is a road hazard and not a maintenance issue. I advised the guest to add oil as a precaution and offered reimbursement, which he declined. The gas charge mentioned was a simple mistake and was promptly removed. We remained responsive and handled the situation fairly at all times.

Absolutely amazing experience. The Audi Q7 was perfect for us. We had family in town for a baby shower and needed something spacious, comfortable, and practical — this car checked every box. Super smooth drive, tons of room, and felt luxury the whole time.
Fernando was awesome. Extremely communicative, responsive, and made everything seamless from pickup to drop-off. What started as a 3-day rental turned into 10 days because we loved it so much.
Honestly, I liked the Q7 so much I’m even considering buying one now. Highly recommend both the vehicle and Fernando — 5 stars all the way.
