Car quality was good but a message “Inspection Due!” Was worrying. Host was attentive and the process to rent was smooth. Price was excellent and renting an Audi Q3 could only happen on Turo.

Car is very used, smells bar, check engine light came on during the trip and the host could care less about it. Saying out of the 175 cars he operates there wasnt 1 available to swap. Do yourself a favor and rent something else so your vacation is ruined by driving this thing around. Also was told that it requires 91 gas, so its even more expensive.
The check engine light never came on in the vehicle. This guest called complaining that there was a check engine lighting at the vehicle kept starting and stopping at red lights. They were informed that this vehicle is equipped with an automatic start: stop feature to allow you to save gas at red light.
The guest was told that they could turn the feature off if they wanted to, but they declined and instead insisted that I give them another car.
