The pickup process was excellent and very smooth. I was, however, disappointed that the vehicle displayed an “Inspection Due” message throughout the entire trip. Additionally, for a luxury vehicle, I was surprised by the number of noticeable scars and scratches on the exterior. These existing damages were not mentioned or clearly disclosed prior to the rental.
Aside from those two concerns, I was pleased with the overall rental experience and appreciate the convenience and service provided.
If you want, I can also make it a little more firm while still keeping it classy and respectful.

I understand, its a very busy time of the year so cars are at a premium. I just didnt realize that when I booked. I brought it back early because it was shaking on the freeway and was pretty used and abused. The staff was very attentive and understanding. No problems at all bringing it back early for a refund of my unused portion.
