Pickup is easy, free shuttle to and from the rental lot. Car is fun and luxurious as expected and host is very responsive to any and all messages

Its a ten-year-old car, and I understand that some issues may come up. However, a host commits, per the rental agreement, to provide a safe vehicle without mechanical issues. I've had two unexpected issues with this car, the brake fluid was dangerously low and the car key battery was low. I shared a photo with a warning sign to park the car immediately with the host; his response was that its probably safe, asking if the brakes feel soft. Driving a car with passengers, including a child, while in the mountains with the Brake warning sign On was not an option for me. I had to find a different car till I got the right brake fluid (which the host purchased online) and filled it myself. These are preventable mechanical issues that affected the safety of all passengers and the experience of the whole trip. Checking the brake fluid on the 10-year-old car is a must; replacing the battery in the key so I could lock/unlock the car with ease should also have been done by the host. I wish I could leave a great review, but it's an honest one.

Hi Eliana , all the necessary maintenance is up to date on the car including the brake fluid level per every inspection. We also include a spared key battery in the car in case it run low during a trip . Thanks for your feedback
