Nice car and fairly smooth pick up drop off. Some minor issues: The host asked for another picture of driver license even though one was already submitted through the app. The car also had a rather strong smell of some kind deodorizer which I found somewhat unpleasant
You might notice a strong deodorizer smell because we use an ozone cleaning machine to ensure the cars smell fresh, especially since some previous renters leave them in poor condition.
Regarding your ID or driver's license, we simply need to verify the identity of the person picking up the vehicle, as different people have shown up in the past; it is just for our security, given that Turo sometimes does not cover vehicle damage.
