The cars check engine lights came on and the passenger window acts up every now and then

Terrible service within the first 12 to 18 hours of my Rental the Driver back tire pulled apart informed host about the situation. They offered me a smaller car and after waiting for over an hour for this swap to happen, the host never showed and had to get a refund on my vehicle, causing conflict between me my employment and everything else going on with this. I was also left at the pick up and drop off location with no other forms of transportation to get to work.
