We did not meet Jose, but we met one of his partners. We arrived an hour earlier than our scheduled pick up and they were nice enough to get the car to us early. Because of that, the car was not washed and will be outside in the inside of the car were OK but not perfect. Returning the car was a bit tricky because they wanted to try to meet us at departures but they were not able to meet us by the time we arrive. We had to leave the key in the parking ticket in the car for that and then they had trouble finding overall it was a good experience but a little trickier than other Truro experiences I’ve had

Newer jeep - ran perfectly - no issues. Jose was very helpful with the checkin process

Luis was amazing, and the whole Turo experience at Ontario International Airport was incredibly easy. Pickup and drop-off were both smooth and hassle-free, which made the trip even better. Everything went exactly as expected, and I would definitely book again. Can’t wait for our next trip!
