The car was fine, clean and ran well. It was the drop off that was the issue with the host - communication was not great and they were late. I thought I was stranded with my 3 year old son - tried calling host multiple times, no answer. Texted, no answer. Called TURO customer support, and they didn’t answer them either. Communication is key if you’re dropping the car off to a person, especially after a day of travel no one wants to think they were left stranded.

I car was perfect my only issue was I had to rebook and now I have to wait for my refund. The reason the the cancellation was a lame excuse of my license on my end everything was up to date. I was charged extra on the same vehicle.
