If I could give them zero stars, I would. I rented a car from them and accidentally left some valuable items inside. I contacted them right away to arrange picking them up, but they denied the items were there and refused to return them. I’ve since had to file a police report.
This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I do not believe they are honest. They also stopped responding to my messages entirely.
On top of that, the vehicle itself was in poor condition—dirty upon pickup, with a cracked windshield, faulty brakes, and broken parts inside (like window buttons).
I strongly recommend NOT renting from them.

Our cleaning staff confirmed no personal items were left behind; we always notify guests immediately if anything is found. Regarding the extension, the car was already booked, yet we still managed to rearrange our schedule to accommodate your extra day. We also provided lockbox access within 60 seconds of your request to ensure a smooth experience.
Had the car for 8 months. The host was great and very accommodating.
