Great rental experience! The car was clean, comfortable, and reliable. Communication was excellent, and the hosts were amazing—very responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. Everything was smooth and hassle-free. Excellent hosts! Would definitely rent from them again!

It worked fine, but the engine maintenance message blocked other pertinent information on the screen, probably something the owner should take care of. Also, the owner dropped it off pretty late and I had to get to a conference so I was a bit upset about waiting around for them. Despite being 15 minutes late, they gave me grace in dropping it off. Additionally, the parking pick-up location wasn't accurate, so I had to walk around in the heat with my luggage trying to locate the car. Hopefully they will be more cautious and accurate in the future. The car had an air freshener that immediately gave me a headache, so I threw it out. Let them know if you don't like that smell. Taking a shuttle to economy parking, finding the car, and dropping it off will take you an additional 20 minutes, so plan accordingly. I appreciated the sun windshield blocker screen since it was hot. Everything else worked fine. AC, engine, clean vehicle, etc...worked fine.

It was not late at all, and the location was accurate. Sorry you couldn’t find it. We almost weren’t able to release the car to you because you waited until 15 mins before trip start to confirm your license. Almost every airport has a shuttle to get to their parking lot. And like you said, we told you could keep it for a couple hours extra if you needed. Our communication was fantastic with you. We were gracious to you on the late return and communicated accurately and thoroughly on everything
