I have rented through this user several times and they are always very accommodating. This particular vehicle had a few cosmetic issues that were not listed on the descriotion(worm interior and a crack in the windshield), but overall was still a pleasant experience. They are quick to respond and accommodate extensions.

This is the third vehicle I’ve rented through Turo, and unfortunately it’s the first one that has been disappointing. The biggest issue was that the listing photos did not accurately represent the vehicle’s current condition. The pictures made the car appear to be in excellent or nearly new condition, but in reality it had a cracked windshield, multiple areas of exterior damage, interior damage, interior stains, a noticeable smoke odor, and pet hair throughout the vehicle. As someone with pet allergies, this made the rental particularly uncomfortable. None of these issues were disclosed in the listing or communicated to me before my trip. When I booked this vehicle, I expected a safe and reliable car that matched the listing. Throughout my trip, I was genuinely concerned about the cracked windshield worsening, to the point that I avoided using the windshield wipers until it became absolutely necessary.
I ultimately gave this rental 3 stars because, despite its condition, the vehicle was surprisingly fuel efficient and successfully got me from point A to point B. I hope the host updates the listing photos and accurately discloses the vehicle’s condition so future renters know exactly what to expect before booking. Thanks for reading.

Reliable vehicle and great access to pick up and drop off location

Bummer experience
Last minute car swap to a terrible car broken windshield, smelled and terrible interior. Won’t do this again super bummed.
