The vehicle itself was decent, except that you would get less then 200 miles on a full charge and window tint was so dark that it made it difficult to drive at night time. It is the host’s handling of the situation made this a truly terrible expierence. The window tint was extremely dark and significantly impaired nighttime visibility, creating a safety concern. I believe Turo should review this for future renter safety.
I had a flat tire and the side mirror was damaged during the rental. Upon getting the flat, I brought the car to a shop for repair, the host had the vehicle towed without notifying me, despite over a month remaining on the rental — while my personal belongings were still inside. The car was being towed hours away, and I had to urgently intervene with the tow driver to recover my property.
Instead of allowing the shop to complete repairs, the host took the vehicle, stopped communicating, and later sent a highly inflated damage bill. Poor communication and unnecessary escalation turned a manageable situation into a major disruption.

This was a very clean smooth riding vehicle my only issue was the headache of charging it and the amount of miles you get to a full or semi full charge. however I would definitely get it again because I was just learning how to manage an EV
