Host’s were responsive and helpful, however, what made this experience bad was the condition/issues with the vehicle.
Tires: Tire light was on but we were assured nothing was wrong and ended up with a flat.
Sunroof: Didn’t close, was not advised until we asked why it didn’t close.

The sunroof shade had been damaged by a prior guest, so the function was temporarily disabled while repairs are currently being completed. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
