Great experience, so streamlined! Owners were very quick to communicate, respond, simple process.
Offered and fulfilled my military discount request, even last-minute on a Sunday afternoon. Extended several extra days because owner helped me! Pickup location can be a little tricky for a minute, but owner messages very clear and concise instructions and had no problems with pickup or drop-off.

Car worked smooth, pickup and drop off were simple and easy!

Host was quick in response upon pick up due to a minor mishap. The car rode well and smooth. Enough space for entire family and enough trunk space for luggages and gear we needed. Will most definitely rent again from host.

Pick up was easy too bad vehicle completely died overnight and no I didn’t leave lights on got a jump and it turned on but didn’t turn back on once turned off. Host was extremely uncooperative and failed to communicate effectively so that I knew when he’d actually pull up to pick it up.messaged me at 11:00 am after stopping responding after 7 pm previous evening when I was asking when he’d be coming to pick up,“Where’s the car we are here” was very rude about whole thing and also wants to send me an invoice for missing gas that I was supposed to magically be able to take to gas station while it doesn’t turn on. Like I had to miss my whole weekend plans because of vehicle obviously not being serviced correctly. And I rented it for 4 days. This was first night I had it. And they want to make me pay for missing gas? The audacity..Never have I ever had a car completely die like this off Turo and I’ve rented 10 and never have I dealt with such rude host once issue came up like it’s my fault.
