The hosts were awesome with communication and pickup was easy, however, the car could’ve been cleaned better. I found old cheetohs, a kids slurpee drink with stuff still in it, chick fila sauce and more. Also, the tires need to be aligned badly as the steering wheel is not right. Overall, I would book them again if I can guarantee the car is throughly cleaned and tires are aligned.

Hi Ellen, thank you for the feedback. The vehicle was cleaned and inspected before pickup, and we did not observe the items mentioned during our pre-trip check. We also have not had any prior complaints regarding the alignment, and the vehicle has been driving normally. That said, we’ll have both the interior and alignment rechecked. We take cleanliness seriously and are sorry your experience did not reflect the standard we normally provide.
