I required a vehicle for extended TDY, and with short notice I didn't have many options.
Owner was responsive.
However the main amenity I needed was the gps and the screen with it...and neither worked effectively.
The GPS drive was very outdated and did not help me whatsoever so I had to rely on my phone. The screen didn't work and there was another workaround...however very inconvenient.
This is my first experience with Turo so I don't have anything to gauge off.
The owners were again pretty quick to respond, but for spending over $2k on a vehicle I don't believe it was worth it imo

Thank you for your feedback. This was a 2017 Mazda CX-3, and its factory touchscreen is intentionally disabled while the vehicle is in motion as part of Mazda’s safety design. The same functions remain available through the center-console controls, which were working properly. The built-in navigation is original to the vehicle, so many guests prefer using phone navigation for the most current routes.
