The vehicle was in poor condition and, most concerningly, the brakes were not working properly. When braking, it felt like the vehicle was not responding as it should, which was a serious safety concern. Rental vehicles should be properly inspected and maintained before being given to customers. Overall, this was a very unpleasant and concerning experience.
