This review came from a trip where the vehicle rules were not followed. The guest asked about removing the Jeep’s panels prior to pickup, was advised they needed to remain installed, and he confirmed they would not be removed. Unfortunately, the panels were later removed, and the vehicle was also taken off-road, which is prohibited under Turo’s terms and the vehicle rules. We take these policies seriously to protect the vehicle and ensure a safe experience for all guests.
