We have rented many times from them and have always had great experiences! We enjoyed this new car. Very clean and drove nicely. Great for our weekend getaway. Would definitely book again with them.

There were kids fingerprints on the passenger side windows. There was no windows washer fluid in the car. Getting in touch with the guy was horrible, not flexible, and charged me up at the end for a fee that was not mine but a previous driver. Didn't offer a solution at all. Very bad experience this time.
Hi Obadele, thank you for your feedback. Our pre-trip photos of this brand-new 2026 model showed no low-fluid warnings, yet we still offered immediate reimbursement to help.
Regarding the fees, these were automatic charges for exceeding the mileage limit, calculated and processed strictly by Turo’s system based on your actual usage. We always aim for transparency and wish we could have resolved this more smoothly
